蔵王山水苑が世界初の正式認証エリアに
2025年5月24日、ガイアリゾート蔵王山水苑は、イタリアのアルベルゴ・ディフーゾ・インターナショナル（ADI）より、「オスピタリタ・ディフーザ」の国際認証を取得しました。
宮城県も同年6月16日、この認証取得を公式に発表しています。
「アルベルゴ・ディフーゾ」とは、地域の建物や飲食店、商店、地域資源などを活用し、まち全体を一つのホテルのように機能させるイタリア発祥の分散型宿泊モデルです。
一方、「オスピタリタ・ディフーザ」は、その考え方をより広い地域へ発展させ、宿泊施設や飲食店、地域の暮らしなどが連携して旅行者を迎える仕組みです。
ガイアリゾート蔵王山水苑は、その世界初の正式認証地域として国際的に認められました。

A World-First International Certification
On May 24, 2025, GAIA Resort Zao Sansuien received the world’s first Ospitalità Diffusa certification from Albergo Diffuso International in Italy.
The Miyagi Prefectural Government officially announced this achievement on June 16, 2025.
Originating in Italy, Albergo Diffuso is a model of distributed hospitality in which existing buildings, accommodation facilities, restaurants, and local businesses work together to welcome visitors.
Ospitalità Diffusa expands this concept across a wider area, connecting accommodation, dining, local services, and everyday community life.
