屋外で身体を動かした日は、予定を詰め込み過ぎず、蔵王で一泊して余韻を楽しむ行程もおすすめです。

4歳から参加できるツリーイング体験

公式案内では、ツリーイング体験は4歳以上が対象で、料金は保険料込みで2,000円です。定員は午前12名、午後12名。受付は当日で、時間枠は10時、11時、13時、14時、15時からの各1時間です。最終受付は15時と案内されています。

November 14–15: Climb, Create and Play in the Forest at the 2026 Tree Master Friendship Festival

Using special ropes and safety equipment designed to protect the tree, participants can climb at their own pace and experience the forest from above. The 2026 Tree Master Friendship Festival will be held on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15 at Michinoku Park in Kawasaki, Miyagi. Along with tree climbing, visitors can try activities such as boomerang making, rope work and paracord bracelet making.

After an active day outdoors, consider leaving some space in your itinerary for an overnight stay in Zao.

Tree Climbing for Ages Four and Up

The official event page lists the tree climbing experience for participants aged four and older. The fee is ¥2,000, including insurance. Capacity is 12 people in the morning and 12 in the afternoon. Registration is on the day, with one-hour sessions starting at 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, 14:00 and 15:00. Final registration is at 15:00.

Places are limited, so your preferred session may not be available. Check the reception location and current availability when you arrive, and follow staff instructions. Confirm any clothing requirements on the official page and prepare for changing outdoor temperatures.

Forest Skills and Crafts on the Ground

Other scheduled activities include boomerang making for ¥300, rope work for ¥300 and paracord bracelet making for ¥500. Chainsaw carving demonstrations and the big-shot rope-setting experience are free. Stay within designated areas and follow staff guidance around tools and equipment.

Park Admission and Parking Are Separate

The event takes place at Toki-no-Hiroba in the South Area of Michinoku Park. November opening hours are 9:30–16:00. Park admission is ¥450 for visitors aged 15 and older, free for junior-high-school students and younger, and ¥210 for visitors aged 65 and older. Parking is ¥400 for a standard car, ¥1,100 for a large vehicle and ¥150 for a motorcycle.
