The festival will take place on Center Street in front of Izumi Park Town Tapio, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, October 10.

The street, normally used by cars, will become a pedestrian festival area for the day.

Visitors can walk around at their own pace and enjoy shopping, food, art and music while experiencing the atmosphere of the local community.
