GAIA Resort系列店「ざおう食堂」が、2026年9月1日、宮城県蔵王町にグランドオープンします。
オープンに先立ち、名取・岩沼・亘理・柴田・大河原エリアで発行されている地域密着型生活情報誌『なうてい！』2026年9月号（Vol.131）の「味覚の秋」特集に、ざおう食堂が掲載されました。
昼はこだわりの定食、夜は地域の味を楽しむ居酒屋へ
ざおう食堂では、蔵王と宮城の食材を生かした料理をお楽しみいただけます。
ランチタイムには、ホルモン定食、アジフライ定食、メンチカツ定食、生姜焼き定食、かつ丼、仙台牛タン定食など、旅の途中にも立ち寄りやすい定食メニューをご用意します。
看板メニューの「からあげ定食」は、香ばしく揚げた鶏肉に、ご飯、汁物、小鉢などを組み合わせた、食べ応えのある一品です。
夜は、旬の食材を取り入れた料理とお酒を囲みながら、ゆったりと過ごせる居酒屋として営業します。
蔵王観光の途中のお食事から、GAIA Resortでの滞在中の夕食、温泉を楽しんだ後のひとときまで、幅広くご利用いただけます。

“Zao Shokudo,” a GAIA Resort-affiliated restaurant in Zao, Miyagi Prefecture, will officially open on September 1, 2026.
Ahead of its grand opening, the restaurant was featured in the September 2026 issue of Nautei! (Vol.131), a local lifestyle magazine distributed throughout the Natori, Iwanuma, Watari, Shibata, and Ogawara areas.
Set Meals by Day, Local Dining by Night
At lunchtime, Zao Shokudo will offer a selection of satisfying Japanese set meals, including fried chicken, grilled pork, fried horse mackerel, pork cutlet bowls, and Sendai beef tongue.
In the evening, the restaurant will become a relaxed local-style izakaya where guests can enjoy seasonal dishes and drinks.
It is a welcoming place for lunch during your journey, dinner while staying at GAIA Resort, or a relaxing meal after enjoying the hot springs of Zao.

The concept of Zao Shokudo is “A place where people connect through Zao.”
