アクアイグニス仙台で東北初開催！
「ぼーっとする大会 仙台予選大会」9月19日開催
2026年9月19日（土）、アクアイグニス仙台で、韓国発祥の人気イベント「ぼーっとする大会」の仙台予選大会が開催されます。
東北での開催は今回が初めて。
AIや効率化、タイムパフォーマンスが重視される時代に、あえて「何もしない60分」を楽しむというユニークな大会です。
アクアイグニス仙台は、Seaside GAIA Resort Hotelと提携する施設でもあります。

「何もしない」ことを競う大会
「ぼーっとする大会」は、2014年に韓国で誕生したイベントです。
競技では、参加者が約60分間、できるだけ何もせずに過ごします。
スマートフォンを見たり、仕事をしたり、何かを急いでこなしたりする時間から少し離れ、自分自身と向き合う時間を楽しむ。
そんな発想から生まれた大会です。
仙台大会の代表に選ばれた方には、11月3日に開催される東京本戦への出場権が与えられます。
観戦するだけでも楽しめます
大会への参加に加えて、観戦だけでも楽しむことができます。
観客の皆さまも審査に参加できる予定で、会場ではそれぞれの“ぼーっとする姿”を見ながら大会を楽しめます。
またアクアイグニス仙台には、温泉や食事、買い物などを楽しめる施設もあります。
大会を見学しながら、温泉に入り、食事を楽しみ、ゆっくり過ごす。
イベントのテーマそのものを体験する一日になりそうです。

The Sendai Qualifier of the “Space-Out Competition” will be held at Aquaignis Sendai on September 19, 2026.
Originating in Korea in 2014, this unique event challenges participants to spend approximately 60 minutes doing absolutely nothing.
In an age of AI, efficiency and constant connectivity, the event offers a chance to slow down and simply enjoy the value of doing nothing.

The winner of the Sendai qualifier will earn the right to participate in the Tokyo final on November 3.
