Japan Airlines (JAL) announced that, beginning in fiscal 2026, it will expand its dual-location living support program from selected areas to 36 regions across Japan. In addition, JAL has established a dedicated subsidiary to provide integrated support covering housing, work opportunities, and connections with local communities. During the pilot program, 162 applications were received for just 45 available places, with both participants and local governments reporting high levels of satisfaction—demonstrating the growing interest in dual-location living.
