近年、仙台港は国内外のクルーズ船が寄港する東北の海の玄関口として注目を集めています。国土交通省では、クルーズ旅客の滞在価値向上や地域経済の活性化を目指し、港と地域が一体となった観光まちづくりを推進しています。
Sendai Port has become one of the major gateways to the Tohoku region, welcoming an increasing number of domestic and international cruise ships. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is promoting tourism initiatives that connect ports with local communities to enhance visitor experiences and revitalize regional economies.
