Depending on the payment method, a separate fee may be charged. The fee will be displayed on the purchase page.
If you pay by bank transfer, you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees.
The customer (traveler) is responsible for the cost of transportation to the facility and the cost of any additional services or products at the facility.
Due to the nature of the product/service, no shipping charges will be incurred.
Internet connection fees and other telecommunications line communication costs must be paid by the customer separately (amounts will be as determined by each operator with whom the customer has a contract).

Each product has a cancellation policy that states the terms under which it guarantees a refund.
In the case of cancellation due to customer (traveler) reasons, if cancellation is requested by the deadline specified in the cancellation policy, the specified amount will be refunded, excluding fees.
However, we ask that you please understand that we cannot accept cancellations for any reason after the refund guarantee date set out in our cancellation policy.
In the case of a cancellation due to the host's circumstances, if there is any suspicion that a reason attributable to our company has occurred in the provision of the service, we will promptly investigate the facts and provide a partial or full refund.
