"ROKU" is a rental villa with a 2LDK+loft and natural hot spring.

・This facility is located in a mountainous area, so please come by car.

About Accommodation "ROKU" is a rental villa that can be rented entirely for up to 6 people.

Meals are not included in the room rate and an additional fee will be charged for each additional person.

Hot plates and portable stoves are not permitted.

Please cook in the kitchen only.

Please be careful not to leave any lingering odors or oil stains.

Please wash the cooking utensils and dishes thoroughly and return them to their original place.

If you break a plate or do anything else, please be sure to report it to the Zao Sansuien Management Office or Visitor Station.

・Air conditioners: Installed in three locations within the building (one in the living room and one in each bedroom).

In order to promote tourism in Miyagi Prefecture, there is an accommodation tax of 300 yen per person per night.

Please note that you will need to pay separately at check-in.

There is no child rate. Children aged 2 and over pay the same rate as adults.

Please include this in the number of guests when making a reservation.

Children under 2 years old can stay for free, but bedding and towels will not be provided.

If you would like futons for children under 2 years old, please include them in the guest count when booking.

Towels and toothbrushes will be provided in your room upon arrival.

*We strictly prohibit taking away towels that have been set out in advance.

・Bath towels and towels

Each person receives one ticket for every two nights they stay (e.g., 1 ticket for 1-2 nights, 2 tickets for 3-4 nights, 3 tickets for 5-6 nights, etc.).

If you need more towels, you can rent bath towels (330 yen/piece) and purchase face towels (220 yen/piece).

・Toothbrush: One toothbrush per person regardless of the length of your stay

・Bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the bathroom.

Reservations are accepted at the visitor station from 9:00 to 20:00.

Please bring the following items from the visitor station if necessary:

・Shaving
・Cotton swabs
・Body towel

*Delivery to rooms is not available.

As a general rule, check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00.

Check-in after 20:00 PM is possible, but please note that there are certain times when check-in is not possible.

We will provide you with more details once your reservation is confirmed.

"ROKU" is located in the villa management area "Zao Sansuien."

You will be given the key during the check-in procedure. Please note that you will not be able to enter the room if you come directly to "ROKU." 
"ROKU" is approximately a 5-minute drive from the check-in location. There is no shuttle service or taxi dispatch service from the check-in location to "ROKU".

We recommend coming by car. There is space for two cars in the building. If you have three or more cars, we will guide you to a free temporary parking lot.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you check-out after 11:00 AM, an additional night's stay will be charged. Please be careful.

The check-out location will vary depending on your departure time. Please return your house key, gate key, and usage guide to the locations listed below.

Barbecues, fireworks, and other uses of fire are prohibited within Zao Sansuien. BBQs on the wooden deck are also prohibited.

If you would like to have a barbecue, please use the BBQ facility "Wild Zao Village", which is a one-minute drive from the entrance gate of Zao Sansuien.
